Readme file updated

For those having issues with beta 1 of Visual Studio 2005, I've just updated the readme file. Hopefully, you can find the workaround there.

Are the Express tools just the repackaging of the "Standard" edition tools? If so, is Microsoft planning to release them for free or will they cost some around the $100 price point the Standard edition has been based around?
