Great day with the MVPs (by yag)

Spent the day with the MVPs today. First, a bunch of us went on a walking tour of Seattle. Great day for a walk. Did the usual circuit - Pike Place Market, the monorail to Seattle Center, Space Needle, Experience Music Project and listened to a bunch of drummers at the World Rhythm Festival. Also went on the carousel - I've noticed that it's impossible to be in a bad mood while on a carousel (or while skipping - just try to do that without smiling <g>). I *suspect* that someone, somewhere may post a pic of us on the carousel - we'll see... BTW - if I'm ever in your city and you want to get on my good side - take me to a carousel...

Anyway, from there we went to the opening reception for the summit, and after, a bunch of us went to Oceanaire Seafood Room for dinner - an awesome meal was had by all. If you're ever in Seattle, I highly recommend it.

As I commented to Gretchen - for many of us, the MVP summit is kinda like geek summer camp - you get to see friends that you haven't seen in a while and hang out with them for almost a week...
