&lt;p&gt;You need to copy new target files to your ce device. They were updated on your PC during the install. The files are located in:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\CoreCon\1.0\target\wce400\ &lt;/p&gt;
