Regarding #28805

If you accidentally install Reporting Services in "Sharepoint Integration Mode", this will fail no matter what credentials you use, or deletion of the encryption keys.

If you do this, uninstall SSRS, reinstall it in Standalone or Unconfigured mode, and continue your TFS install. (you will probably need to make the other changes listed too though).
