Unifying MessageBox and OpenFileDialog
A few days ago, I had a discussion on the pocketpc.developer newgroup with Tristan of PocketTV about how there are still some fundamental differences between Pocket PC an Smartphone APIs. The examples that came up were MessageBox (fullscreen on Smartphone, a floating window on Pocket PC) and OpenFileDialog (simply doesn't exist on Smartphone). Peter of InTheHand has come to the rescue yet again by providing a version of each of these that works consistently on both platforms. Nice!
Speaking of MessageBox, Tristan's MsgBox.info site lists problems with our Pocket PC implementation and offers a shareware replacement.
