To launch any app:

Windows key; type app name (e.g. word); Enter

Variation of above for Control Panel applets like Network and Sharing Center (e.g. type network center)

To launch the app elevated (admin), use Ctrl + Shift + Enter. More keyboard shortcuts are discussed on the Windows Shell blog.

Nice!

Update: As someone in the comments noted, "Copy as Path" gets added to the context menu too. I typically click on the address bar and copy the path that appears there, but I think this trick is faster if I can retrain myself to use it :).
