Another Off Topic, but a good one.

This last weekend, my Father, Daughter and I were honored to be able to fly in a World War II B17 Bomber.  In fact, I got to ride in the nose of the airplane during a fly by of a drag race (you know... the one right after the National Anthem!!!)  What an awsome experience.  Here is a little link to a video (7 MB AVI) that I took while in the nose during the fly by.  You will notice that at the end, the plane banked hard right and up... which was unexpected, so I sort of fell over, but what a ride.  As a lot of you know, I am into flying in a big way, and this was by far, the best experience I have ever had.

I'll be posting a few other pictures of it out there as soon as I can, but I had to let everybody know about this... what an awesome experience.

If you can't see the link, then just navigate to this url: http://www.wjsteele.com/b17.avi. (The link is embeded in the text where at the "Here is a little link" portion of my comment.)

Bill,

Just wanted to say that I attended the Lexington event and really found the material and demos refreshing! I'm sincerely pleased with the fact that Microsoft has decided to host events in Lexington and I look forward to the next one.

Perhaps next time you can come out with a horseracing demo? j/k
