The xbox.com website is now stuffed after the update.  Our workplace uses IE6 and the xbox site is now messed up.  Why do this?  It was working fine before.

I just wanted to say you have done a great job, but one  more bug that I have noticed is that on Safari it won't let me sign out of xbox.com. If that and the achievement comparing could be fixed I'd be psyched, thanks for all you've done.

Hey guys,

Thanks for all your hard work over the last couple days.  However, something is still not quite right over on support.xbox.com; earlier today I couldn't register my console (was getting the same message that was up yesterday about the maintenance), but now I can't even load support.xbox.com.  Normally, it wouldn't be a huge issue to me, but my console RRoD'd yesterday, so naturally the support portal is what I care about at the moment.

I'll bite - Why does Sam & Max refuse to download, and where are last week's Sega titles? You first claimed Victory almost 24 hours ago - now you're making this claim - tell me does anyone there actually turn on an 360 and try to use it after performing maintenance? Howabout before posting an "all's well" blog?

C'mon guy's - get it together - I was offering advise on other posts here an hour after you "completed" maintenance yesterday - and not a damn thing has been corrected!

Fix it!

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/ has not been functional most of the day, so it isn't possible to check on LIVE's status at all.  None of the links from xbox.com work to it, and trying to go directly doesn't work either.

Guys - stop thanking M$ for this. They broke it - remember. Twice now at the end of the day they have posted stupid blogs that claim that everything's fixed - have just turned on my 360 to find new Sega Titles still missing, box cover art still not loading, and Sam & Max still refusing to download - exactley what was happening yesterday after I read thier previous "mission accomplished" blog.

It says that "newer" stuff is missing - half the Rock Band DLC library is missing...most of it isn't newer.

If you read the blog you would see a list of things still being worked on and the most recent post being they are working on re-uploading recent dlc. We thank them because it's not an easy job to do the things to do at least the main component of live is running today event tho the marketplace was acting Hinky.

Yeah my xbox only broke today and I'm having the same problem. I'm hung up on waiting for "support.xbox.com" in firefox. I have been trying to get access to support material but since I'm in Canada our support site is a little dated and the Microsoft hosted pages are not very helpful either. I would like to use the U.S. site to file a repair order because it seems to get a little more attention than the Canadian site, but since the American site is non-functional I'm sol for the time being. I would phone it in but that was a disaster last time and it was a lot less painful to use the online repair request on the second console I sent in.

Well that turned into a rant O.o - Live Op team thanks for keeping us in the loop! - Just tell me when I can get on and send this sucker in

I have it fully downloaded,(magic The Gathering) but i tried to get my code for the promo card and it says "couldn't generate code, be sure you are connected to xbox live" well i am connected, or i wouldn't have been able to download and play. I've been up for over 48 hours (took off work)waiting for MTG to work, mainly for that code, there is a limited supply of those Promo cards to get, can this be fixed soon please?

Now if only I could login to XBL. It worked just fine two days ago and now my network test says that my XBOX 360 can connect to the internet but can't contact XBL. I dunno, I guess having a CCNA doesn't mean anything to customer support in India.
