&lt;p&gt;You might want to explain 'How to place a circle in the center of the Main circle.' &amp;nbsp;Instead of drawing each circle and trying to place it accurately at center, I suggest you use Control + C on the 'Main' and then Control +F, then resizing the resultant circles using the Action Bar by adjusting the Height or Width with the 'linked' on. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
