&lt;p&gt;Why still no MSXML6 CAB support, months after we told you about this obvious point?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Why not speak plainly &amp;quot;in band&amp;quot; means nothing to MOST people.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This just smacks of incompetence all round.&lt;/p&gt;

CAB is required only because MSXML6 cannot be guaranteed on a machine. If we can get MSXML6 in upcoming Service Packs of all supported Operating Systems , there will be no requirement for CAB for MSXML6.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Otherwise, we all have to wait until it's built-in to all supported OSs - how long will that take?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So we stay with MSXML4 then.&lt;/p&gt;
