&lt;p&gt;I wrote the MSDN article while Vista and .NET 3.0 were still Pre-Beta and the code changed a bit since the article was published. I later wrote &amp;quot;Reading and Printing XPS Documents&amp;quot; to cover more likely (and more useful) programming scenarios. The MSDN article is a good place to start and learn what XPS is about but, before coding, I'd recommend reading &amp;quot;Reading and Printing XPS Documents.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
