You need to have SL 2 installed (https://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/resources/installationFiles.aspx?v=2.0). And this is using SL Streaming service from silverlight.live.com. It's the same HuaRongDao game (see previous post), but it's on Silverlight 2 now. And it has 9 stages now.
