Doug posts a question about how you handle accountability in a Scrum world. If the team doesn't meet its iteration goals a few times in a row, what happens? I just wanted to post this hoping to get some more people involved in the conversation there. My own thoughts are that if the team is new to Scrum and agile methods, we work on discovering what went wrong and correcting it. But what if the team has been through four or five sprints already? Then what?
