I've been tagged meme
I was tagged by Maurice so here are five things you may not know about me. Though, it's hard to come up with them, since I've been blogging for a while...
- As many people know, I'm a big baseball and football fan. This year, I made the cover of Yahoo Sports for a short time, rooting for the A's as they clinched a playoff spot. Unfortunately, the picture is gone from Yahoo Sports or I'd link to it. Instead - here's the picture.

- I travel a lot - and have met a lot of interesting people as a result while waiting for flights or on them: Bette Midler, Hal Holbrook, Kirstie Alley (and her kids), Gerald Grinstein (CEO of Delta Airlines), Whit Alexander (one of the creators of Cranium) and others. You never know who you're going to meet if you're open to it.
- I met my oldest friend in the world when I was one. My parents went down to Knoxville, TN to visit a friend of my father's. While there, they went to a co-worker of his and placed me in a crib with their young son. Fifteen years later, when I was in Dallas, I went to my friend's house and we were looking at some old pictures with his father. One of them included my parents! Yup, that was us. We hadn't met again for 14 years.
- Back to travelling - I've been to all 50 states, most of Western Europe, some of Asia, a little of the Middle East and a few countries in Eastern Europe. Every one of them has a uniqueness that I've loved. Oh, quite a few islands in Caribbean should be there too.
- I'm totally hooked on Windows-based devices. My team changed my door tag to Alan "thumblash" Griver, joking that I use my phone so much I'd get whiplash on my thumb.
According to this meme, I have to tag some folks. Let's stick with people I've worked with: They are Michael Emmons, Sandy Khaund, Bob Rebholz, Doug Seven, and Young Joo.
