&lt;p&gt;Instead of the menu that comes up upon Shift+Right click, how about doing away entirely with that menu and integrating Minimize and Maximize above the Close &amp;quot;jumplist&amp;quot;? Many users used to right click and choose Minimize or Maximize, now it requires pressing Shift additionally. Also, the Jump List should appear where the menu appears right now, not above the taskbar button so it's more accessible and clickable in place (there's no need to move the mouse an inch above).&lt;/p&gt;
