Dallas .NET Study Group

Just a reminder if you are in the DFW Area this meeting is happening on

JUNE 10th

Come join the Dallas NET New Technology Study Group -- a new initiative with the objective of rapidly learning new Microsoft .NET technology in a group setting.

Learning Approach

While many User Groups follow a lecture format (speaker imparting knowledge to listeners), we  encourage an “active learning experience” by engaging participants directly in the dialogue and learning process.  At each meeting we work through a section of  a book, applying critical thinking skills, discussing concepts and sharing thoughts and experiences, with the focus on code examples.

Moving forward, the group will target a number of specific new .NET technologies.

Prerequisites

Experience developing in the .NET Framework and the commitment to come prepared to meetings.

Meeting Times

The group meets the second and fourth Tuesdays for each month from 6 PM to 9 PM.
