What Do You Know About Microsoft's Oslo?

Robert Wahbe, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft Server & Tools Business, discusses the current challenges and future opportunities surrounding software development.

In introducing the Oslo set of technologies, Wahbe discussed the challenges that exist today and the often herculean efforts that developers and IT pros must undertake to create a cohesive, services enabled solution. Wahbe laid out three critical requirements that must be met in order to remove those obstacles.

Wahbe described the significant investments that Microsoft is making in order to bring those three requirements to the market through BizTalk Server "6", BizTalk Services "1", System Center "5", Visual Studio "10" and .NET Framework "4".
