Is WinFS dead?

Quentin Clark has posted an update to the WinFS update and answers some of the questions that came since the post on Friday.

It's a Q & A format to help clarify some of the speculation flying around over the weekend and today.

And yes, the original post got questioned internally and discussed at some length within the MS bloggers alias. Most of the MS 3,000 bloggers are on it (not all commented!) and it was interesting 'conversation' to have (a fair amount of back channel stuff as you can imagine).

Good Great to see Quentin responding so quickly. No doubt more questions and comments to come but there should be more hard information for customers et al go on..
