Peter A. Jensen
I have been with Microsoft since 2002, but I have been with Dynamics even longer, starting out with a Dynamics NAV partner in 1992. I currently lead the Partner Programs team in the US Dynamics organization and look forward to keeping in touch with the US Dynamics Partner Community on this blog.
On October 27, 2010 we announced enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Strategy as part of the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN). These new programs will roll out in defined stages over the next 14 months. For partners based in the United States, I wanted to provide you with some guidance to stay connected to the announcements, and how they impact your organizations.
First, review the announcement Q&A featuring Microsoft Dynamics Partners Vice President Doug Kennedy on the Microsoft News Center.
Second, if you missed yesterday's web seminar for US partners featuring David Smith and Terrence Abrahams, the on demand session will soon be available on the Partner Learning Center. (For those partners that attended the live event, we apologize if you experienced technical difficulties.)
Third, take some time to visit the US strategy landing page on PartnerSource to find robust presentations and materials explaining each of the the new programs.
Fourth, attend additional upcoming web seminar learning opportunities for your specific region on November 2, 2010.
Finally, if you would like to learn more about the upcoming programs changes, and share feedback directly with Microsoft representatives, please register for a Microsoft Partner Network Strategy update event coming to a city near you.
If you have immediate questions or concerns, please contact you Partner Account Manager or the Americas Operations Center.
