Here are some great governance resources from publicly available MSDN, CodePlex and TechNet content I put together.  These resources are great for organizations that are planning to implement MOSS, or are at a point where they have implemented MOSS and are encountering what I call the SharePoint "Wildfire" (uncontrolled growth of the information architecture and taxonomy based on the explosive popularity of SharePoint in an enterprise).
