How to create a "New Business Contact from the Same Company"

I have seen a lot of user post this query in the news group ,below is the workaround  to create a New Business contact from the same company

· Open an Existing Business contact

· Click on the Office Button > Select editor option

· From the Editor options > select Customize

· Select “Command Not in the Ribbon” under Choose command from

· Scroll down the list and select “Save and New in Company

· Click on the Add button and add it to the Quick access Toolbar

Once you click on Ok, the option should be available under the quick access tool bar as shown below

Now you should be able to open any Business contact with a company field, use the “Save and New in Company “option in the Quick Access toolbar and auto populate the Company field.
